1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the Kissan Bazar mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Kissan Bazar is an online marketplace that allows users to browse, post, and manage classified listings ("Ads") related to farming and agricultural goods (animals, cereals, vegetables, machinery). The App facilitates contact between buyers and sellers; we do not take part in transactions, payment, or delivery.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years of age and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information. We may suspend accounts that are fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

5. USER CONDUCT AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, illegal, or harmful content.
• Use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App or other accounts.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission.
• Resell or exploit the App beyond normal user use.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. CONTENT AND LISTINGS

• You retain ownership. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use content in connection with the App.
• You are solely responsible for your listings and transactions. We are not a party to any transaction.
• You must ensure Ads comply with local laws and that you have rights to the content.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, design, and proprietary content are owned by us. You may not copy or modify without permission.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID US OR USD 100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use, content, or violation of these Terms.

11. TERMINATION

• You may delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations or other reasons.
• Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in Pakistani courts.

13. GENERAL

• If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
• These Terms, with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
