OVERVIEW

Kissan Bazar allows you to permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. This page describes how deletion works and where to do it, so you can complete the process without having to contact us (in line with Google Play's account deletion requirements).

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

1. Open the Kissan Bazar app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab (or Profile screen).
3. Scroll to the "Delete account" button (displayed in red below the Logout button).
4. Tap "Delete account."
5. Read the warning that your account and all data will be permanently deleted. Tap "Continue."
6. Enter your account password and tap "Delete my account."
7. Your account will be permanently removed and you will be signed out.

WHAT GETS DELETED

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your user account (email, name, phone number, profile information).
• All ads (listings) you have posted.
• Your authentication record (cannot sign in with that account).
• Locally stored app data on your device.

Deletion is irreversible. We do not retain copies of your deleted account or content.

WHAT WE DO NOT DELETE

• Information required by law (compliance, dispute resolution, Terms enforcement).
• Anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.

IF YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE APP

If you cannot open the App or access the Delete option (lost device, forgot password), you may request deletion by contacting us. We will verify identity and process deletion per our Privacy Policy.
