• Device and app usage: Our App may use third-party services to collect device identifiers, usage data, and technical information. Analytics and crash reporting are only used with your explicit consent.
• Local storage: The App stores data on your device (login state, preferences, consent choices) to provide functionality.

3.3 Third-party services we use

• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase Authentication for sign-in and Cloud Firestore for storing user profiles and listings.
• Cloudinary: We use Cloudinary for image uploads and storage.
• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (optional): If you consent, we use these to understand app usage and fix crashes. You can change this in Profile settings anytime.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Create and manage your account.
• Publish, display, and manage your listings.
• Enable other users to contact you regarding your ads.
• Improve, operate, and secure the App and prevent fraud.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce Terms of Service.
• Analyze usage and fix crashes (where you have consented).

We do not use your information for incompatible purposes without consent.

5. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

• Other users: Your listings (name, phone, location, details) are visible to other App users.
• Service providers: We share data with Firebase, Cloudinary, and analytics services to operate the App.
• Legal: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. DATA RETENTION

• Account and profile data: Retained until you delete your account.
• Ad listings: Retained until you delete them or your account is deleted.
• Local device data: Stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall.
• Analytics/crash data (if consented): Subject to provider retention settings; withdraw anytime in the App.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

• Access and correction: View and update your profile and ad content in the App. Contact us for other requests at administrator@kissanbazar.site.
• Account deletion: Permanently delete your account and data anytime from Profile → Delete account.
• Data portability: Request your data in portable format by contacting us.
• Analytics and crash collection: Enable/disable in App under Profile → "Allow crash & analytics collection."
• Uninstall: Removes locally stored data; to delete server data, delete your account.

If you are in a jurisdiction granting additional rights (EU/EEA, UK, certain US states), we will honor them per applicable law.

8. SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data including secure authentication and encrypted connections. No method is 100% secure; we encourage strong passwords and confidentiality.

9. CHILDREN

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Contact us if you believe we have.

10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

Your data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards per applicable law.
